After-hours janitorial for small offices, medical practices, retail storefronts, and professional services across Oakland County. Recurring contracts, consistent crews, and COI delivered before the first visit.
The 5,000-employee corporate campus isn't us — that's a national contract. The 5–80-person professional space is exactly us.
Law firms, accounting, finance, real estate, agencies, consultancies. Conference rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, reception. 2–5 visits per week typical.
Higher hygiene standards, OSHA-aware protocols, regulated waste handling boundaries. We don't dispose of biohazard sharps but we coordinate around them.
Boutiques, salons, fitness studios, small showrooms. After-hours cleaning so the space opens fresh. Window touchpoints, fitting rooms, mirrors, floors.
Dining areas only — we don't take on kitchen cleaning (specialized service). Floors, restrooms, host stand, windows.
Glass, glass, more glass. Plus customer lounges, restrooms, sales offices. Often a finicky-glass-detail job for owners who care about presentation.
Office portions of warehouses, light industrial, contractor offices. We handle the office side; warehouse cleaning is its own thing.
This is the baseline contract. We customize based on your specific space, but here's the typical scope.
30-minute on-site walkthrough. We measure square footage, photograph the space, and discuss frequency, scope, and any quirks.
Flat-rate monthly proposal in your inbox within 48 hours. COI delivered the same day if you need it for landlord/HOA approval.
First visit is typically a deep clean to establish a baseline. Crew lead documents the space and creates a property-specific checklist.
Same lead cleaner every visit. Monthly invoicing, optional auto-pay. Quarterly site review to adjust scope as your space changes.
Small offices (under 2,500 sqft, 2x/week): $400–$800/month
Mid-size offices (2,500–6,000 sqft, 3x/week): $800–$1,800/month
Larger spaces (6,000–15,000 sqft, 5x/week): $1,800–$4,500/month
Medical practices: typically 15–25% premium over equivalent office space due to higher hygiene standards and additional restroom service.
No long contracts. Month-to-month with 30-day notice either side. We earn the renewal each month.
No hidden fees. Flat monthly invoice. Add-ons (post-event cleanup, special projects) quoted separately and approved before work.
After-hours typically — 5pm–10pm. Some clients prefer early-morning (4am–7am) before the office opens. We staff to whichever fits your operation. Medical practices often get an early-morning slot before patients arrive.
Key, code, fob, or alarm-disarm. Network cleaners are background-checked and required to carry liability insurance. We log entry/exit times and audit access weekly. We never share access credentials outside the assigned crew.
No — that's specialized regulated-waste service. We work AROUND your sharps containers, biohazard bags, and pharmaceutical disposal bins, but we don't handle them. Most medical clients have a separate contract with Stericycle or similar.
We don't touch papers, screens, or examination rooms in active use. Crews are HIPAA-trained on physical-environment basics: don't read documents, don't move charts, don't speculate. Front desk is cleaned around their workstation, not on it.
Two options: (1) the cleaner brings all cleaning chemicals/equipment + you stock paper supplies (most common), (2) the cleaner manages everything including paper at slight uplift. Your call.
Tell us immediately — same day if possible. We re-do the area free, then root-cause it (training gap, crew change, scope drift). If a crew can't hit the standard, we replace the crew, not the contract.
