Cleaning is one factor of many — we can't guarantee the deposit because landlords can deduct for damages, missing items, unpaid rent, etc. that have nothing to do with cleaning. But: in our experience, when cleaning is the only issue, our work passes 100% of the time. We provide before/after photos so you have proof if there's a dispute.
Most 1–2 bedroom apartments: same day. 3–4 bedroom homes: 1–2 days depending on condition. We schedule the day the prior tenant vacates if you give us 48 hours notice.
